For Employers looking to hire a Dentist, there is a simple contract to sign with a reasonable fee. This contract is for Placement Only, NO Broker Fees! Smile Placement advertises for Associateships, Buy-Ins, and Buy-Outs; however, we do not handle the process for buying and/or selling. This process is strictly on the Employer. We can suggest a company that handles buy-ins, buy-outs or selling if you have that need. The fee will include an email mail out, STATEWIDE, to all the doctors looking for work, and your ad will remain on our website until your position has been filled. The best part is, you pay NOTHING, unless you hire a dentist that Smile Placement has referred to you! All Smile Placement dentists have a Florida State License. They range from new graduates to experienced doctors.
